Organic Probiotic Coconut Yoghurt

Ingredients:
This portion is for our daily cafe service.
At home you may want to halve this recipe.
4 cans of ‘Trade Aid’ fair trade, organic coconut milk
1 sachet ‘Body Ecology’ Kefir starter culture.

Method:
Blend in a food processor or blender.
Pour into a glass or earthenware vessel, cover with a
cheesecloth/lid and leave on a kitchen bench for two nights.
Transfer to a refrigerator and use within three days.
