Adding seaweed to your diet enables and strengthens three important processes in our body: DETOX, NOURISH, BALANCE.

RECIPE: Green Superfood Salad with Arame.
150g kale, shredded
15 g arame seaweed (soaked in hot water)
1 beetroot, grated
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup of raisins
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup flaxseed
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp chilli powder
2 Tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
Blend all ingredients for dressing until smooth.
Massage kale, beetroot, seaweed, sunflower seeds, raisins, nutritional yeast,and flaxseed with dressing.
Add diced avocado and toss together gently.
